The bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice. Air conditioning didn't work well, and the elevators were unreliable.

We hit up the awesome gym and played b, ball and swam like champs. The fitness center had it all , weights, bikes, you name it! Perfect for a squad of active peeps like us.
More late, night activities for party animals like us would be epic! .

The hotel offers quality amenities, delicious food and exciting live entertainment. Admiring the fascinating relics was a unique experience. I could even stay in shape during my stay. Planning events with the professional sales staff was a breeze!
I just loved not being able to control the thermostat in my room. It was like a surprise sauna every time I walked in!

The hotel is perfectly situated for weekend explorers, with the Dallas Museum of Art, the Dallas World Aquarium, and the famous Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza all within a walkable distance of about 6 kilometers, making it easy to soak in the culture and scenery, while the nearby Ronald Kirk pedestrian bridge provides a picturesque stroll opportunity along the river; however, the hotel experience itself could be improved as my room and restroom were not clean.

we did encounter some issues with the heating and air conditioning in our room, as it was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. I appreciated the fact that the room had tea and coffee facilities, which helped kickstart our mornings before heading out to explore the city. The sitting area was a nice touch, providing a cozy space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Unfortunately, we noticed that the dining table was a bit wobbly and could use some maintenance. The hotel's garden furniture was lovely, but we were disappointed to find that the indoor pool was not as heated as expected, making it difficult for my little one to enjoy a swim. the lack of towels at the pool area was inconvenient. the room did offer free toiletries, which was a nice touch. the carpeted floor seemed a bit worn and could benefit from a deep clean. The flat-screen TV was a good source of entertainment, but we experienced some issues with the signal. We were grateful for the room service, although we did not take advantage of it during our stay. The availability of dry cleaning and housekeeping services was a plus, ensuring our room stayed tidy throughout our visit. We also appreciated the option for laundry services, which came in handy. One highlight was the welcome drink upon arrival, which added a nice touch to our check-in experience. We also took advantage of the tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel staff, making it easier for us to plan our outings in the city. we were disappointed to hear about the incidents of theft in the area, as one of our friends had their vehicle stolen from the hotel parking lot. The lack of security presence in the parking lots was concerning, especially given the recurring thefts.

Staff was helpful and provided water. Indoor pool was open to enjoy during the Christmas holiday, boosting the festive spirit.
The lack of rooms despite confirmed reservations led to a frustrating experience for many guests, with rude treatment from exhausted staff adding to the disappointment of the room issues, including stuffiness, clogged toilet, and small fridge. TV and elevator problems added to the overall discomfort of the stay.

Wow, the breakfast was amazing, and the view of the skyline was just breathtaking! Plus, the bed was super comfy, giving me a great night's sleep after exploring the city's key locations.
The A/C was a letdown. Even after trying to fix it, I woke up sweating both nights.

From shooting hoops to challenging each other in a friendly game of racquetball, splashing around in the pool, and even trying out some new dance moves in the group fitness classes, there was never a dull moment for our active family.
My wife says that more kid-friendly activities would make it perfect.

we had a great experience at Crowne Plaza. the staff, especially William and LaMar, provided exceptional customer service. Terrance in the bar/restaurant was also excellent. the breakfast staff was great, and the food was really good. the pool area was clean and relaxing. the location was ideal and the room was comfortable and clean. everyone on staff was very friendly, especially the person at the front desk on Sat. morning who got ice for my cup.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and nice shower. Great breakfast and close to DFW airport for a good night's sleep.
Felt cared for, no complaints.
